Midlife is a powerful time for women between the ages of 40 and 70. It’s a stage where you may feel stuck, uncertain, lonely, or even unmotivated. With the kids grown, relationships shifting, or career changes on the horizon, it can feel like life as you knew it is changing—but this is also where the magic can happen.
My Midlife Crossroads
I’ve been where you are. At 50, I found myself at a crossroads, navigating divorce, an empty nest, and the changes that come with menopause. My identity had been tied to caring for everyone else, and I often asked myself,
“Who am I now? What’s next for me?”
Through trial, error, and a lot of hard work, I discovered that midlife doesn’t have to be a crisis—it can be a time of incredible growth and discovery. I dug in, made mistakes, and kept going, even when it was hard. I’m still learning, but now I wake up excited about today and the journey I’m on.
Creating Connection and Purpose
It wasn’t easy. Like you, I wrestled with loneliness, exhaustion, and uncertainty. But along the way, I created a supportive community, built healthier relationships, and found a sense of purpose that truly lights me up.
